Game of Thrones actors Natalie Dormer, Gethin Anthony join the voice cast of Mass Effect : Andromeda
Game of Thrones has had a spectacular cast over the years, and it still adds new cast members which tend to match up. The show is the one to never hold back with killing off characters, and as such, a lot of actors tend to “graduate” from the show, and go on to be a part of other projects equally as big. The latest of such projects has two stars from the show, who played a former couple : Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell) and Gethin Anthony (Renly Baratheon) have joined the voice cast of the upcoming video game, Mass Effect : Andromeda.
The game is the next installment of the popular Mass Effect franchise, from developer BioWare. Bioware has released some new information about the game, in form of of an interview with Natalie Dormer, where she talks about the game, and her and Gethin Anthony being together on a project after Game of Thrones. Check it out below :
Natalie will be playing the role of Dr Lexi T’Perro, an Asari doctor who acts as the physician/psychiatrist for the crew. Gethin Anthony will play a character named Gil, the details of which are yet unknown.Anthony has previously worked with BioWare on Dragon Age: Inquisition. Natalie, however, is new to the video game voice industry.
Talking about Game of Thrones, Natalie Dormer’s character Margaery Tyrell was killed off by Cersei Lannister at the end of Season 6, with a bunch of other characters, while Renly Baratheon, the character played by Gethin Anthony, was killed by the shadow demon of Stannis Baratheon, channeled by Melisandre.
We are definitely looking forward playing Mass Effect : Andromeda, especially because of Dormer and Anthony. The game is set to release on the 21st of March, and will be available for Windows 10, PlayStation 4, and the Xbox One. Will you be grabbing a copy when it comes out? Tell us in the comments, below!
