HBO’s House of the Dragon centers on The Dance of the Dragons, which recounts the Targaryen Civil War between the Greens and Blacks. The conflicts that took place in Westeros over the course of several years made up the entire war. The two most famous warriors from the two factions are Matt Smith‘s Daemon Targaryen and Ewan Mitchell‘s Aemond Targaryen, who took center stage at CCXP Mexico recently.

In House of the Dragon, Aemond and Daemon Targaryen are like mirror images of each other. Readers of Fire & Blood know that there is going to be a major confrontation between them in upcoming seasons. The two will also be leading the charge on the Green and the Black’s behalves, and were shown in a promo video exclusive to CCXP Mexico taken by a fan @thinkmattsmith.
