The mysterious ‘Cock Inn’ pops up in new House of the Dragon promo video

While the prequel House of the Dragon returned to several of the older filming sites used in Game of Thrones, some new sets were also observed. Some of them were seen at Cáceres, one of which included a mysterious ‘Cock Inn’ which had ties to King Aegon II. Recently, the mysterious pub was spotted in the new House of the Dragon promo video.
What is the importance of the Cock Inn?
For the second season of House of the Dragon, various new filming sites were erected in Cáceres and Trujillo, but the one that fans are most interested in is this cryptic tavern with a Rooster logo. Some suggested that it is a tavern-turned-brothel for King’s Landing citizens that was built for Aegon II.
In the promo video, we can see Aegon II getting cheered on as he enters the Cock Inn. In another shot, we see him with his friends, and Dyana, who was se*ually assaulted by him in Season 1. He might’ve brought her there to humiliate her even more.

The House of the Dragon cast is split on who should lead the Seven Kingdoms, much like the fandom. In a new video, the actors of the Game of Thrones prequel choose their candidates for the Iron Throne.
