Game of Thrones spinoff The Hedge Knight gets Emmy-winning director
Fans of Game of Thrones are counting down the days until the second season of House of the Dragon premieres later this year. In addition to the Targaryen civil war, there are other spinoffs that have kept fans glued to their screens. HBO announced “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight,” the second prequel series, a few months ago. An Emmy-winning director has just joined its crew.
Fleabag director Harry Bradbeer joins The Hedge Knight
As the production for The Hedge Knight picks up pace, more acclaimed figures are joining the team. The latest to join, according to Redanian Intelligence, is the director Harry Bradbeer. Bradbeer has a strong resume, having directed films including Fleabag, Killing Eve, Enola Holmes, and others. Bradbeer won an Emmy for Fleabag in the Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series category. Bradbeer received a BAFTA for Best Director for Killing Eve.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight will shortly go into production. To create the next prequel, HBO is assembling a group of some of the most brilliant industry professionals. Annie Julia Wyman (Tokyo Vice), Aziza Barnes (Snowfall), and Hiram Martinez (Snowpiercer) have reportedly joined the crew of The Hedge Knight. They have been asked to contribute to the program as co-producers and writers.
