“You would be riding me”: Clip of Fabien Frankel poking fun at Milly Alcock goes viral
Frankel’s trademark humor on display in this clip.
Milly Alcock played young Rhaenyra Targaryen in Season 1 of House of the Dragon. Season 2 saw her reappear briefly in Daemon Targaryen’s dream sequence. This has made people remember the good times back in Season 1 when the cast were doing interviews.
Milly Alcock worked closely with Fabien Frankel, who plays Criston Cole, the sworn sword of Rhaenyra Targaryen in Season 1 and her brief romantic interest. An old clip has resurfaced where Fabien Frankel pokes fun at Milly Alcock when asked a serious question regarding the show.

Milly Alcock and Fabien Frankel’s playful banter
Fabien Frankel’ Criston Cole and Milly Alcock’s Rhaenyra Targaryen shared a close relationship in Season 1 of House of the Dragon. After Rhaenyra selected Cole as her sworn protector, the two shared an intimate scene and had a romantic relationship. The two actors worked closely together and have done press tours together due to their roles. During a promotional event, Fabien Frankel made a humorous comment that left Alcock and the entire audience laughing.
When asked which character in House of the Dragon they would like to play, Frankel jokingly said he wanted to be “the dragon,” while Alcock said she would want to play Daemon. Frankel cheekily replied, “You would be riding me,” leaving everyone amused. This light-hearted moment showcased the playful relationship between the actors, a memorable highlight from their promotional tour.
Though Alcock no longer appears in House of the Dragon, she has gone on to play the role of Supergirl in James Gunn’s upcoming film, Superman. Fabien Frankel continues his role of Criston Cole in Season 2 of House of the Dragon, now appointed as Hand of the King to King Aegon II.
