Milly Alcock played young Rhaenyra Targaryen in House of the Dragon. Fans were really happy when she was announced as the Woman of Tomorrow. Recently, she was spotted at the 2024 US Open in NYC with Will Mcdonald, sporting new hair very reminiscent of her character in DCU.

James Gunn was impressed by Milly Alcock’s House of the Dragon performance

Her role in “House of the Dragon” was significant in casting Alcock as the Woman of Steel. Gunn, impressed by her performance as young Rhaenyra, further stated, “I was watching House of the Dragon & thought she might have the edge, grace & authenticity we needed for the DCU’s Supergirl. And now here we are. Life is wild sometimes.”
