Additional filming details for Season 3

According to Production List, Alan Taylor and Clare Kilner are confirmed as directors for House of the Dragon season 3. Both directors bring years of experience to the show, and their expertise ensures that the upcoming season will continue the high standard set by previous episodes. Taylor’s involvement is especially notable due to his work on Game of Thrones, and the Battle of Rook’s Rest in Season 2.

Additionally, X account @housethedragons has reported that two red-haired children have been cast for House of the Dragon season 3, a boy aged 11 to 13 and a girl aged 6 to 7.

While their roles have not been confirmed, fans are already speculating about which characters they may play. While some believe the two may play a young Alicent and Gwayne Hightower in a flashback scene, others believe their red hair means that they will play members of House Tully. We have already seen a young member of House Tully, Lord Oscar, in Season 2.
