Filming
Take a look at behind-the-scenes images from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
Looks like they are having fun!
The second season of House of the Dragon is over, and fans are gearing up for the next Game of Thrones spinoff on the way. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, based on George R.R. Martin‘s Dunk & Egg novels, recently finished filming. After months of secretly filming, fans can finally have a glimpse at its cast and the set.

The production of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms was kept tightly under wraps, hence there were barely any leaks, unlike House of the Dragon or Game of Thrones. In a series of photos leaked by Redanian Intelligence, we can see Henry Ashton (Daeron) with Peter Claffey (Dunk), Finn Bennett (Aerion) and Shaun Thomas (Raymun Fossoway), along with a glimpse of the set.

George R.R. Martin was impressed with Dunk & Egg cast
If there’s one thing that is always impeccable about Game of Thrones TV shows, it is the casting. And it seems like HBO has recreated the magic in AKOTSK, as Martin said in a recent interview,
“I visited the set in Northern Ireland in July and loved what I saw. Great cast. [The lead characters] Dunk and Egg look as if they walked out of the pages of my book. My readers are going to love them. I certainly do. [Showrunner Ira Parker] is doing a great job.”
