Slow Horses is a spy thriller series on Apple TV+ based on the novel series of the same name by British author Mick Herron. The series focuses on a group of MI5 agents from a department known as “Slough House,” where all the disgraced agents end up and are referred to as “Slow Horses,” a derogatory term in the intelligence agency.
The series, which stars many well-known actors and several from the Game of Thrones universe, has received much critical acclaim. Gary Oldman leads the show as the notorious Jackson Lamb, the head of Slough House.
The cast stars Jack Lowden as River Cartwright and Kristin Scott Thomas as Diana Taverner. With the release of Season 3 happening this December, here are all the actors on Slow Horses we know and love from HBO’s Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon.

Director James Hawes commented on the matter, saying, “I’m giving you a hint that there might be some secrets in there. Anybody that’s read all the novels will know that there is a discussion to be had.”
