During award events, Breaking Bad was one of Game of Thrones’ main rivals. Both programs were adored by viewers and excelled in their respective genres. That’s why Dinklage said he would have liked to have been a cast member of Breaking Bad when Meyers said that Bryan Cranston had previously been on the talk show.

“I wasn’t in Breaking Bad. I should have been. Oh my God, I would’ve played such a great meth.”

A few Game of Thrones fans even have tattoos of Dinklage’s character, Tyrion Lannister, as shown on a recent episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers. After seeing a few of them, he said:

“Well, I have tattoos. It’s a painful process. And it’s a long process. And you feel like your skin is being scooped out at moments. Um, why – At the end of that, why would you have me?”
