The Last of Us finally reveals Ellie’s full name

Unlike other post-apocalyptic horror shows, HBO’s The Last of Us placed more emphasis on the story’s humanitarian elements than on jump-scares caused by zombies. One of HBO’s highest-grossing TV series to date, the video game adaption set a higher standard for the viewing experience. Season 2 offers a ton more entertainment value, including horrifying themes, new tales, and characters. A remastered version of the game that was recently released leaked an important detail previously unknown to the fans.
The Last of Us Part 2 Remaster confirms Ellie’s surname
As long as The Last of Us fans can remember, Ellie’s parentage has been shrouded in mystery. So far, we only know the name of her mother, Anna, played by Ashley Johnson, in The Last of Us TV series.
When watching the trailer for The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, which launches on the PlayStation 5 on January 19, 2024, a Reddit user by the handle tomdurnell noticed a subtle allusion to Ellie’s space outfit concerning the new roguelike mode. The name “E. Williams” is visible on the suit’s nametag

The Last of Us Season 2 will start filming in February 2024
At a session called A Night in the Writers’ Room, which was presided over by Emily Longeretta, senior TV features editor at Variety, and attended by writers from hit drama shows, showrunner Craig Mazin disclosed the start date of production. Beginning on February 12, filming for “The Last of Us”‘s second season will begin.
