For over a decade, Game of Thrones not only became the largest television program of the century, but it also was a vast family and way of life for a multitude of fans, cast, and crew members. Two of the show’s alums, Pedro Pascal (Oberyn Martell) and Bella Ramsey (Lyanna Mormont), didn’t really interact on screen, but they bonded immediately when they met on the set of their new HBO series, The Last of Us. However, Ramsey was initially scared if they’d actually enjoy Pascal’s company.

Bella Ramsey wasn’t sure if they’d click with Pedro Pascal

Ever since the HBO adaptation of The Last of Us was released, Pascal and Ramsey’s friendship has been the stuff of legends. They support each other and make each other laugh in the toughest of situations, but it wasn’t always that way. In an interview with LADbible, Ramsey said:

“I was really worried that we wouldn’t get on or we wouldn’t click or something, I was like because we were going to spend this year together and then we were gonna have to do lots of press afterward. And I was like, oh, no, I was so scared that we wouldn’t get on. So it was a big relief. And we did in fact, get on, but we were very shy of each other to begin with. And then we started spending lots of time in like a car on set together, it bonded us for sure.”

Bella Ramsey wants to play a villain like Joker

Ramsey has a broad range of acting experience across several genres, but they still want to portray their favorite parts and accomplish more. In the same interview, they said, “I’ve not really played a villain yet. So I want to play a baddy. But like a really interesting, intricate, complex baddy. Yeah. I was actually thinking that as well. The Joker, someone really interesting like that.”
