Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon is a story of how a once great family became the reason for its own downfall. The Targaryens, who conquered Westeros with their dragons, end up turning against their own kin, reducing the Targaryen and Dragon population to less than half. There will be plenty of wars fought between the two Targaryen factions, and it appears a significant number of them will be filmed in Wales.
