Filming
Steve Toussaint (Corlys) spotted in Wales in Velaryon armor on the set of House of the Dragon
House of the Dragon, the prequel to Game of Thrones, is currently in its next stage of filming in North Wales. Although some outdoor shots will appear in the second season of the show, the majority of the scenes will be shot at WB’s Leavesden Studios in the UK. HBO is currently filming extensively in a number of places throughout Wales. And the filming now involves one key character from Fire & Blood.
Steve Toussaint seen filming in Velaryon armor
Yesterday we reported that a part of the House of the Dragon crew was in Penmon filming near the beach. An actor was seen wearing a white wig and silvery white armor on a boat with the filming crew. A few more pictures were later released by the fan site House the Dragons that confirmed that it was Steve Toussaint in Corlys Velryon’s costume, wearing the Velaryon armor.
Velaryon soldiers in Wales
A few more pictures of the new House of the Dragon set were leaked from Penmon beach, which showed a new set beach being constructed on the beach and a number of extras in Velaryon soldier outfits getting ready to film.
