Fans spotted two water bottles in Game of Thrones Season 8 finale
Game of Thrones did it again. The series finale — Season 8 episode 6, “The Iron Throne” aired today, giving the show an epic conclusion. However, there was one tiny fault. They forgot a couple of water bottle in the frame. Read on!
After the last goof where a coffee cup was spotted in the frame, leading to $2.3 billion of free advertising for Starbucks, you would think something like it wouldn’t happen again. However, in today’s episode, two water bottles managed to make its way into the scene.
Both the bottles were spotted in the Dragonpit scene, where Tyrion is brought for a trial in front of all the lords and ladies of Westeros. The first bottle seemed to find its way to this very reputable company, sneaking right next to John Bradley’s leg. Looks like Samwell Tarly was thirsty. The second water bottle was next to Liam Cunningham’s leg. He played Ser Davos on the show. Take a look:
Well, at least it wasn’t as up and front as the coffee cup. The fans still managed to spot it, as eagle-eyed as they are. HBO is yet to comment on this goof.
