Hasbro releases House of the Dragon Monopoly ahead of Season 2

Following its extremely successful 2022 debut, fans of House of the Dragon have been waiting for the release of Season 2 of the program for around two years. Three new Game of Thrones teasers were released not too long ago. The attention to detail is really scary, and fans were left stunned when they went viral on the internet. And Hasbro is pitching in its own idea with a Monopoly to add to the hype!

House of the Dragon-themed Monopoly is here!

Hasbro has unveiled their official House of the Dragon Monopoly set in anticipation of the forthcoming Season 2. Similar to the greatest Monopoly franchise-themed boards, this version takes players to well-known locales around the Seven Kingdoms while showcasing the artwork, plots, and characters from Season 1 of House of the Dragon. This covers Driftmark, King’s Landing, Casterly Rock, and the Narrow Sea.

House of the Dragon Monopoly set has specialized set pieces

Each family’s House is expertly represented by the game pieces. House Royce, House Lannister, House Strong, House Hightower, House Velaryon, and House Targaryen are among them. This version also lacks actual houses and hotels. Dragon eggs and dragons are the name of the game here, sticking with the Westeros theme. Similar to nearly all Monopoly games, the winner of the game is the one who has the most coins after all of their rivals have lost and can take the Iron Throne.
