Pedro Pascal cast in lesbian road trip movie ‘Drive-Away Dolls’
The year 2023 has been especially fruitful for renowned actor Pedro Pascal. Beginning the year with a bang in HBO’s The Last of Us, the Game of Thrones alum’s performance as Joel has been highly praised by both the fans and the critics. Pascal’s new role will now take him on a road trip across the country, in the queer comedy film ‘Drive-Away Dolls’.
What is Drive-Away Dolls about?
Directed by Ethan Coen, Drive-Away Dolls follows Jamie, an uninhibited free spirit bemoaning yet another breakup with a girlfriend, and her demure friend Marian who desperately needs to loosen up. In search of a fresh start, the two embark on an impromptu road trip to Tallahassee, but things quickly go awry when they cross paths with a group of inept criminals along the way.
Who is in the cast of Drive-Away Dolls?
Apart from The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal, the cast includes Margaret Qualley, Geraldine Viswanathan, Beanie Feldstein, Colman Domingo, Bill Camp, and Matt Damon. Pascal, unlike his previous queer-supportive characters, will be playing a completely opposite role in the movie.
What is the release date for Drive-Away Dolls?
Drive-Away Dolls is set to arrive in American theatres on September 22, 2023.
