Jason Momoa says Aquaman is “not going anywhere”
Game of Thrones adorned the crown of the best TV show of the 21st century, and the crown was star-studded with some of the best talents on the planet. Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo, is definitely one of them. Despite achieving great success as the superhero Aquaman, he has managed to stay true to his roots. There are big changes currently taking place at the DC headquarters, and a number of superhero storylines are being rebooted. Amidst the ongoing chaos, Momoa recently assured the fans his character is not going anywhere as of now.
Momoa told The Wrap, “I’ll always be Aquaman. Ain’t anyone coming in there and taking s**t. There might be some other characters, too. I can play other things, too. I can be funny and savage and charming.”
“[I’m feeling] really f**king good. Aquaman’s not going anywhere so it’s alright. Everything’s gonna be good, we’re still here and then I might be dipping into some other things too.”
Earlier at the Sundance Film Festival, Momoa told a crowd, “I’m in the house of Warner Bros. and they are liking a lot of stuff I’m doing. We got a lot of good things coming.”
