The final episode of Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon Season 1 will be here next week. The civil war will officially begin in the 10th episode of the new fantasy epic. The preview video released earlier after the premiere of the 9th episode already gave a slight clue as to what is going to happen in the season finale. Recently, a slightly different teaser was uploaded on HBO Max’s TikTok account, which shows a bit more than what we have seen yet.

In the new teaser that was released on TikTok today, we see both the Greens and the Blacks preparing for war. While Daemon uses Caraxes to subdue some knights on Dragonstone, we see Luke fleeing from Vhagar and Aemond on his little dragon, Arrax. Those who are already familiar with the source material, George R. R. Martin’s Fire & Blood, know that initially, the Blacks are dealt heavy blows, after their supporters are captured and killed in King’s Landing. The Greens will have an upper hand at the beginning of Season 2.

HBO has already started working on Season 2 of House of The Dragon, introducing major characters like Daeron Targaryen, Alicent and Viserys’ third son. Season 2 will begin filming in Spain in the spring of 2023.
