House of The Dragon stars shine at The Golden Globes Afterparty

Published

Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon was the most anticipated TV show of 2022. When it finally arrived, it broke the internet with its amazing plot, resounding dialogues, down-to-earth characters, and of course, the dragons. The series is already following its predecessor in a number of ways, one of which is winning hearts and accolades far and wide. House of The Dragon won the award for Best Drama Series at The Golden Globes event held yesterday at The Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills. It is a big win for the future of the Game of Thrones franchise, and the fans who are waiting to explore more of the Martinverse.

House of The Dragon ex-co-showrunner Miguel Sapochnik and actors Emma D’Arcy (adult Rhaenyra) and Milly Alcock (young Rhaenyra) were present at the award ceremony to represent the House of The Dragon team. As usual, they looked stunning, and here are a few snaps from the red carpet.

It is very likely that HBO exec Casey Bloys was onto something, when he had a “good feeling” about House of The Dragon earlier this year, and George R. R. Martin’s dreams of a faithful adaptation might finally be coming true.
