House of The Dragon Episode 6 preview shows heightened tension, older Rhaenrya and Alicent
Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon has proved itself to be the biggest show of 2022, and checks out all the marks that made it the most anticipated show of the year. The series is preening its beautiful dragon scales, showing off its great ratings and massive viewership that seem to increase after every episode. However, as the ratings and viewership numbers rise, so does the tension in the story. And fortunately for the Game of Thrones fans, up goes the number of dragons in the series.
The preview clip of the sixth episode of House of The Dragon was released a few minutes after the previous episode finished airing, and there’s so much going on it is hard to keep track of. But we have managed to point out a few important things that are foreshadowed in the teaser.
Episode 6 looks ahead into a further set of years, where both Rhaenyra and Alicent have grown up (bye bye Milly Alcock and Emily Carey, welcome Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke). Both the characters have matured enough to earn a seat in the small council. The hostilities between the once best friends have taken new heights, especially after both the characters had kids. King Viserys is in no better shape, looking like King Theoden from The Lord of The Rings under the hold of Saruman. But we don’t know yet what disease has its hold on him.
And there are children, lots of them, with hair both silvery and brown, and, eggs and dragons. The preview provides a glimpse at the truly ginormous size of Vhagar, who seems much, much bigger than Drogon from Game of Thrones. It can be seen in a small instance of a time when Laena Velaryon is seen riding Vhagar aside Caraxes and Daemon (presumably).
