There is a lot of excitement among fans for the summer 2024 launch of House of the Dragon‘s second season. The Game of Thrones prequel, which is based on George R.R. Martin‘s “Fire and Blood,” introduces us to a number of new historical figures from Westeros. HBO has already started working on Season 3, though, and the network is quite optimistic about Season 2’s performance.

HBO chief Casey Bloys says House of the Dragon Season 3 is in the works

Though this year’s Emmy Awards weren’t so fruitful for House of the Dragon, the future is bright. In a recent chat with Variety, Bloys said, “They’re talking about it. One of the things is because it’s all based on George R.R. Martin’s history, they have to map it out pretty carefully season by season. So, they are starting to talk about the stories they want to tell in Season 3.” Martin had previously confirmed the same.

The Last of Us won’t be affected by Pedro Pascal’s injury

Fans were really worried when they saw Pedro Pascal’s arm in a sling at the Emmy Awards 2023. The HBO head also confirmed that it won’t come in the way of the show’s filming.

He revealed, “I think they figured out a way. I can’t tell you exactly what the production plan is. But I know that they have taken that into account. I don’t even know the exact nature of the injury, but I know that production has figured out a way to work around it.”
