The much anticipated House of the Dragon season two is slowly approaching, having undergone several post-production rewrites and improvements. Fans are eager for Season 2, since there have been a lot of changes thus far. The series’ reshoot phase officially began after many ADR sessions involving numerous cast members. Recently two actors were confirmed to have returned to the studio for reshoots.

Previous rumors indicated that the prequel to Game of Thrones might reshoot in February. A more recent insider report claims that the House of the Dragon crew returned to Leavesden Studios on the last day of February for reshoots. Redanian Intelligence’s recent scoop about Bethany Antonia (Baela) and Maxim Wrottesley (Lorent Marbrand) returning for the re-filming further supports the same.

HBO is among the rare media networks that have experienced an increase in earnings subsequent to the COVID-19 shutdown. House of the Dragon, the Game of Thrones precursor, was a major factor in its popularity. The series was highlighted in a promo for the Latin American launch of Max. “Everyone who sees House of the Dragon and counts the days until Sunday”, is how the prequel is mentioned in the commercial.
