Baywatch posters assure Game of Thrones fans that 'Summer is coming'
Game of Thrones has been going on for over six years now, with the seventh season all set to premiere this year. It’s such a big fandom that people making use of it to promote their product isn’t an uncommon thing, any the latest one is the upcoming movie Baywatch.
The new posters for the movie carry the tagline “Summer is coming” modeled after one of the most famous lines from Game of Thrones, “Winter is coming“. Makes sense, because if you compare the mood of the movie with Game of Thrones, it’s quite the opposite. The posters show the actors from the movie wearing swimwear, and read “Don’t worry. Summer is coming.” The actors include Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, and Alexandra Daddario, among others.
The movie is based on the 90s TV series which often also found mentions in another famous TV series of the time, Friends.
Check the posters out, below:
Baywatch is all set to hit the theaters on May 26, and Game of Thrones will return with Season 7 more or less around the same time. So yes, summer is coming, except that in case of Game of Thrones, that means that we will get to see winter wreak havoc.
