Daenerys could’ve appeared in more scenes in House of the Dragon Season 2
A missed opportunity!
The second season of House of the Dragon ended on a high note, bringing the viewers to the edges of their seats. One of the biggest takeaways from the Season 2 finale was Daenerys Targaryen’s cameo in Daemon’s dreams. The Mother of Dragons was played by Imogen Ruby Little in House of the Dragon. And she dropped a big secret.
Daenerys was supposed to have more scenes
Fans were quite happy to see the Dragon Queen once again, though this time it was played by Imogen Ruby instead of Emilia Clarke. Ruby posted the images on her Instagram (via Redanian Intelligence), with the caption, “So much of the footage we got didn’t make it past the editing room but absolutely over the moon to have been given this opportunity!”

Also a version of Dany in a dress, seemingly cut: "So much of the footage we got didn’t make it past the editing room but absolutely over the moon to have been given this opportunity!"

House of the Dragon might not have shown Daenerys’ dragon eggs
The first individual to publicly contest Geeta Vasant Patel’s stance is the showrunner, Ryan Condal. He believes that the eggs in question are not conclusively Daenerys’s. In a recent interview, Condal expressed, “I think the fun of the history as it was written is that there’s room for interpretation. I like to think of it as one possible future.”
