Dragon Eggs in episode 3 are not definitively Daenerys’ eggs says House of the Dragon showrunner
The makers of the House of the Dragon have different opinions on whether dragon eggs in House of the Dragon will find Daenerys Targaryen.

No matter which side fans pick between Team Green and Team Black, everyone has an unequivocal interest in dragons that appear on the show. Fans were particularly excited about the unhatched eggs, as theories were doing the rounds that some of those dragon eggs would eventually be passed on to Daenerys Targaryen and hatch Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion.
House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 3 director Geeta Vasant Patel later clarified that those eggs will find Daenerys in the future. However, it now looks like not all the makers are on the same page about whether those eggs will eventually belong to the Mother of Dragon in Game of Thrones.

Dragon eggs we just saw may not be Daenerys’, says Ryan Condal

The first person who has publicly disagreed with Geeta Vesant Patel is none other than the showrunner himself. Ryan Condal is of the opinion that those eggs are not “definitively” Dany’s. Talking about those eggs in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Condal said, “I think the fun of the history as it was written is that there’s room for interpretation,” he says. “I like to think of it as one possible future.”
In the Book “Fire and Blood”, George R. R. Martin has left the fate of those eggs ambiguous by not fully revealing their whereabouts. If you go by the book, those eggs traveled from the Targaryen empire to Essos and then to Braavos, but events post that are open to interpretation. So, every fan can have their own theories different from what Geeta Vasant Patel and Ryan Condal have about the final fate of those dragon eggs and be correct.
