Game of Thrones’ Sophie Turner to star in psychological thriller ‘Trust’
Game of Thrones served as a launchpad for some of the most talented stars in the acting industry. Actors from the series have gone on to star in some of the biggest franchises in the world, be it the MCU, DCEU (now DCU), Star Wars, and many more. The show’s star Sophie Turner has done a wide variety of roles after her time on the HBO epic. Her most recent excursion is in a psychological thriller film titled Trust.
Sophie Turner cast in Carlson Young’s Trust
Sophie Turner, who played Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones, has been cast in the forthcoming movie Trust. The Hollywood Reporter claims that the actress has agreed to feature in the psychological thriller, which will be helmed by Carlson Young, who previously directed the Netflix movie Upgraded starring Camila Mendes. Twisted Pictures, well known for creating the Saw movie franchise, will produce Trust.
What is Trust about?
Turner is the first confirmed star for the new production; plot specifics are still to be announced. Novelist and screenwriter Gigi Levangie, widely recognized for her work on the Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon film Stepmom (1998), wrote the script.
