Sophie Turner drops ‘Wrongful Retention’ case against ex-husband Joe Jonas
In the past, the list of Hollywood’s fairytale lovers included singer Joe Jonas and Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner. After having two children, especially, nobody anticipated that their relationship would change this much. Their breakup has been theorized to have been caused by several factors. However, things seem to be settling down as the former couple looks towards splitting peacefully.
Sophie Turner drops charges against Joe Jonas
A few months back, Turner had alleged that Jonas was withholding their daughters’ passports and was wrongfully keeping them in his custody. However, after reaching an agreement three months prior, the Game of Thrones actress dropped all charges against her former husband.
A U.S. judge granted permission to dismiss the lawsuit after both celebrities signed a consent plan that was accepted by a U.K. judge last week, according to court records that PEOPLE was able to access on Wednesday.

Previous court documents state that on October 11, Jonas and his ex-wife Turner came to a temporary custody agreement. He then filed to have his divorce case dismissed in Miami. Both parties have reportedly reached “a number of agreements,” and the source stated that they wish to “pursue an amicable resolution of all issues.”
