Game of Thrones’ Hannah Waddingham hosts the BBC Prom at London’s Royal Albert Hall

Hannah Waddingham, who recently co-hosted Eurovision with Graham Norton, garnered great acclaim and was recognized as the best host in the event’s history. Most Game of Thrones fans will remember her as the famous ‘ shame’ nun who escorted Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) on her ‘Walk of Shame’. Waddingham has now been invited to present another prestigious event at the Royal Albert Hall.
Hannah Waddingham will present the Fantasy, Myths and Legends Prom
The Fantasy, Myths, and Legends Prom will be presented by Waddingham at London’s Royal Albert Hall starting on August 28. The event includes an evening of orchestral compositions from films, television shows, and video games, including “Star Wars,” “The Lord of the Rings,” “Game of Thrones,” and “World of Warcraft.” Mezzo-soprano Felicity Buckland and The Huddersfield Choral Society will perform with the BBC Concert Orchestra under the direction of its new head conductor, Anna-Maria Helsing.
Where can you watch the BBC Prom live?
The Prom will be aired live for 30 days on BBC Radio 3 and Sounds. It will also be shot for television, and an edited version of the show will appear on BBC Two on September 2. For a whole year, it will be accessible on BBC iPlayer.
