The Greens prepare for war in new House of the Dragon images from Surrey

Game of Thrones‘ gruesome and extravagantly realistic combat scenes were one of the series’ many appealing qualities. Some of the finest action sequences on television so far in 2022 have been produced by the prequel House of the Dragon, which continues in the same vein. There’s still a lot more to come, including the Battle of Gullet, which will include some of Fire & Blood’s most interesting characters.
The Green Army marches to their tents
In Surrey, some exterior filming for House of the Dragon has been going on for the last several days. We have previously been to locations like Aldershot and Bourne Woods. Today a cavalry unit of the Aegon II Targaryen’s army was seen trotting to their camp sets in Bourne Woods in full armor and decorated horses, along with the Green banner. The pictures were taken by Richard Skardon.
Filming in the Tree Club area
Earlier, a portion of the Bourne Woods was sealed off for filming, and locals were able to spot some props that will be used to film a scene in the Tree Club area in Bourne Woods. Most of theses include supplies and wagons.
Lots of activity in the #TreeClub. Filming about to start. 😊 pic.twitter.com/1ES2Ivppov
