House Darklyn joins the fray in new House of the Dragon set leaks

One of Westeros’ deadliest civil wars served as the inspiration for the narrative of the Game of Thrones prequel show House of the Dragon. Although the Targaryens are at the center of this catastrophic storm, Westeros as a whole will be caught up in it, with very few people being spared. One of the Houses that will be torn apart in this raging thunder is House Darklyn, whose banner was recently spotted on set.

House Darklyn camps spotted in Bourne Woods

We know for a fact that House of the Dragon has been preparing to film in Surrey for the last few days. A few Hightower camps were spotted very recently. Just today, some House Darklyn camps were also seen next to the Hightower ones, indicating that the House will collaborate with Greens.

Ser Steffon Darklyn serves Rhaenyra Targaryen

The Dance of the Dragons, the civil war that inspired House of the Dragon, saw a lot of Houses being demolished, one of them being the Darklyns. Though Ser Steffon, who was a Kingsguard under King Viserys and later followed Rhaenyra to Dragonstone to become her Queensguard will fight on her behalf in Season 1, the rest of the House will be forced to fight by the Greens.
