Sophie Turner would “love to see” what happened to Sansa five years after Game of Thrones finale
What happened to Sansa after winning the war?
Game of Thrones concluded almost five years ago, and since then, the cast and crew have embarked on new endeavors. Many have begun new film projects, while others have opted to take a break to enjoy family time. Sophie Turner, known for her role as Sansa Stark, has balanced both acting in new roles and spending time with her family. Just like the fans, Turner is curious about the fate of her character after Game of Thrones ended.
Sophie Turner has a specific condition for her return as Sansa
Sophie Turner has established herself as a versatile actress in the film industry over the years. However, she never forgot her roots. In an interview with Variety, on being asked if she would like to return to Westeros after all these years, she replied, “Maybe. I mean, it would have to be the exact same cast and the exact same crew otherwise, I wouldn’t go back, and that would just be Season 9.”

Turner has a very strict condition in mind for her return, however, not all cast members might agree to that. She continued, “I don’t think we’re going to do a Season 9, but, I mean, I loved playing Sansa, and I do wonder, often, what she would be doing now,” Turner said. “Where would she be five years later? What would she be doing? Would she still be queen in the North? Would she be a good ruler? Would there be some other kind of terrible war that’s happened? I’d love to see it.”
