Music is known as food for the soul. Even those who can’t read or write understand the language of music. Humanity has relied on music since ancient times as one of the best ways of relaxation. It calms the nerves and sometimes even helps you concentrate better. Game of Thrones hired some of the finest talents on the planet who helped make the show great. The music composer for the series, Ramin Djawadi, produced some of the finest tunes for the show. He will be getting back to the Game of Thrones universe with his scores for the prequel, House of The Dragon.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Djwadi hinted at his work in the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel. He said, “We very much wanted to keep the DNA alive for House of the Dragon from the original show. We will hear themes that we remember from the original show, but because it’s all new characters, this is 200 years before, there is a ton of new material I’ve written, a lot of new themes that we will hear.”

He added, “The big sound of Game of Thrones, the primary instrument was always the cello, and we will definitely hear the cello again in the show. Just the way I stylistically write the show, I hope people will hear it and go, “Okay, I feel familiar. We’re back in Westeros.” That was always the idea.”
