Pedro Pascal reveals his true feelings about Game of Thrones finale in a hilarious lie-detector test
Some stars have such an enigmatic aura, you’re left mesmerized by them even if it’s just an interview. They know how to make any job fun. Their presence simply lights up the mood and you wish that the movie, show, or interview just keeps going on. Pedro Pascal is an example of such an actor, who was also named the sexiest man alive by People’s Magazine in 2020. Pedro has always been a huge Game of Thrones fan, and has always been defensive about the show’s controversial finale. Hence, it was interesting to see how he would fare in Vanity Fair’s Lie Detector test, where he answers several questions on topics including Game of Thrones.
VF: You played Oberyn Martell on Game of Thrones. Did you ever find that show to be a bit of an eyesore?
Pedro: Do I really have to answer that? [Sighs] I found it to be a double eyesore.
VF: You called the series finale perfect. Now that more time has passed, have you changed your opinion on that controversial ending?
Pedro: How dare you? [laughs] That’s my answer, how dare you.
VF: [Forcibly] You have to say yes or no.
Pedro: Ok then, here we go. Take me to jail… Inconclusive.
Vanity Fair also asked him to give them his sexiest look, and he couldn’t help but channel his inner Oberyn Martell. Pedro also answered several questions about other shows such as The Mandalorian, The Last of Us, Narcos, etc. The lie detector test is extremely hilarious and very watchable.
