Interview
Matt Smith compares the MCU, Doctor Who and House of The Dragon

Actor Matt Smith is one talented and lucky chap; he has been/is going to be a part of three of the most famous franchises in the world. Be it a Marvel villain in Morbius, a former enigmatic Doctor Who, or a hot-headed Prince Daemon Targaryen in the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel, he has seen the best and the worst of it all. So it is natural to ask him about his experience on the three sets, which he happily explained.
In a recent interview with GamesRadar, Smith compared the three big franchises. He said, “Truth is, I don’t know, because I’ve not seen any of House of the Dragon. And it’s quite hard to have an opinion on the work you’ve done, because it comes and goes without having seen it. All of it tends to be quite similar in the end. It’s big sets and big lights and cameras and all that sort of thing, and lots of bells and whistles. But ultimately, it comes down to two people having a scene trying to tell the truth to one another. The essence of it is the same. But it was exciting to be on a movie of this scale, certainly.”
