King Viserys Targaryen is finally dead, and here’s how the viewers feel about it

Game of Thrones was infamous for a lot of deaths on-screen, killing off tons of favourite characters. The prequel, House of The Dragon is following in his footsteps, featuring its own plethora of gruesome deaths. The most recent character to die was Paddy Considine’s King Viserys, who many had hoped would die earlier looking at his worsening health. The character dragged out for a few more episodes, finally giving in to his fate in the eighth.

Here’s what the fans think about King Viserys’ death in the recent episode:

I’m convinced Aemma in her death laid a curse on Viserys. His wounds have been getting worse and worse since her passing. You cut her open against her will or consent now all of your wounds will refuse to heal and shall rot your flesh away.
