Fans divided over shocking Aemond and Vhagar scene in House of The Dragon episode 10

There have been several memorable death scenes on Game of Thrones, a lot of them were brutal and visceral. And it seems the prequel House of The Dragon is upholding the tradition, featuring an extremely brutal and bloody birthing sequence in the first episode itself. However, the most recent death scene has left the fans confused and divided, as it is pretty different from what was implied in George R. R. Martin’s Fire & Blood.

According to the books, it is shown that Aemond downright kills Lucerys with sheer cold-bloodedness. However, in the show, it is depicted as a mistake, and dragons going on to do their own thing. Here’s what the fans think about the scene:
