House of the Dragon Season 2 Finale leaks in a series of clips, spoiling major plot points for fans
HBO needs to step up their security, joke fans.
House of the Dragon and leaks go hand in hand, right from the days of Game of Thrones. Despite tight security around the WB headquarters, classified media and information often manage to sneak out and land right on the internet’s lap. And this time, it is pretty big, as the finale episode of the Game of Thrones prequel seems to have been leaked.

House of the Dragon Season 2 finale leaked on TikTok
Several clips from the eighth episode, which is set to premiere on August 4, were illegally uploaded to a new TikTok account on Tuesday night, just days before the finale was due to be released. ComicBook reported that it seemed the clips were recorded by someone filming a screen with another device.
The account and the videos have been removed since then, but the clips have been redistributed on TikTok and X. Before being taken down, the videos from the original TikTok account garnered over 100,000 views.

House of the Dragon Season 1 finale was also leaked
Just days before the final episode of House of the Dragon was released, the same thing happened and the full episode was uploaded on torrent sites. An individual from the Tel Aviv suburb of Givatayim was apprehended by Israeli authorities last year for infiltrating HBO’s servers and releasing the eagerly awaited final episode of the first season of House of the Dragon.
