Game of Thrones returns in April 2019 and the cast members have already started moving on – some of them taking up new projects and some getting rid of their look from the series. Well, Sophie Turner who plays the elder Stark sister in the show is busy welcoming a new member to the Jonas family – Priyanka Chopra who has tied knots with Nick Jonas – the younger brother of Sophie’s fiancé Joe Jonas.
Well, Priyanka and Nick have already got married as per the Christian rituals and will tie the knots on Sunday as per the Hindu rituals. Sophie is attending their wedding in India and attended Priyanka’s ‘Mehendi’ (Henna) ceremony on 1 of December. Both Nick and Priyanka shared the snaps on Instagram and one can clearly see Sophie being a part of the ceremony. She posed with her sister-in-law and her family, looking fabulous in an Indian black coloured attire.
Previously, Sophie also had given a heart-warming welcome to Priyanka, post her engagement to Nick. She had also shared an image on Instagram for the same back in August:
This also ups the ante for Sophie’s own wedding to Joe, where Maisie Williams – as she had said – will be a bridesmaid. The duo had announced their engagement in October, the last year.
What were your thoughts on Sophie’s look in the Indian attire? Tell us in the comments.
