Game of Thrones is one of the most popular television series of all time, becoming a pop culture icon. Many props from the show have become collectibles for geek culture, including specialized Game of Thrones merchandise that is pretty rare. The Witcher star Henry Cavill has often confessed to being a big nerd, showing off his nerdy skills at various interviews, the reason why he is often referred to as the ‘King of The Nerds.’ Cavill has built his own gaming PC, and knows the Witcher lore to the T, and has absorbed Geralt in such a way we can’t even imagine someone else playing the role. Recently, he revealed in an interview that a Game of Thrones chess set is one of his geekiest possessions, along with Warhammer and his sword collection.

"Don't throw anything at me!" The Witcher's Henry Cavill on coin tossing, Warhammer and Highlander.

Henry Cavill joined BBC Radio 1’s film critic Ali Plumb to talk about taking on the iconic role of Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher. They discuss The Witcher’s greatest sword fights, Henry’s accent in the upcoming Highlander, and what a Witcher/Squid Game crossover would look like. Plus, Henry reveals the geekiest thing in his house. They include his sword collection in his study, a Game of Thrones chess set, and his favorite Warhammer collection.

We get a glimpse of Henry playing chess with his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso using the same Game of Thrones set in the interview.
