Pedro Pascal revisits his SNL accent for some cheeky impressions of The Mandalorian & Joel from The Last of Us
Some actors are known to be certified markers for the success of a show. They know how to make any job fun. Their presence simply lights up the mood and you feel like the movie, show, or interview just keeps going on. Pedro Pascal is an example of such an actor, who charmed the viewers with his character Oberyn Martell on Game of Thrones, and has starred in other successful and famous franchises such as DC and Star Wars. Pascal has also hosted a few episodes of Saturday Night Live, and his voice from one of the sketches has become quite iconic.
On his recent visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers, Pascal brought back his hilarious LA accent from the skit to impersonate his characters from The Mandalorian and The Last of Us. Meyers and Pascal kept going at it with the tumultuous accent with popular phrases like: “This is the waahh” and “Ah cahn’t bahlahve he dahhd!”
Pascal also declared that even after working on a show where mushrooms have turned humans into brainless zombies, his love for shrooms hasn’t faded one bit. But he advised Meyers and the fans not to have “the hard to get” kind of mushroom before watching The Last of Us.
