Maisie Williams' intriguing first look from horror-thriller film 'The Owners' revealed
Maisie Williams is on fire these days! Ever since Game of Thrones has finished its run last year, she has stayed in news and all for good reasons. After winning our hearts through her portrayal of Arya Stark in the epic saga, she has signed a couple of biggies and we can’t keep calm! Read on to find out more.
As per Screen Daily, Williams will be soon seen in a horror-thriller movie The Owners. Her first look from the thriller is out and it looks intense. As per the report, Williams will play the role of a young woman who reluctantly agrees to participate in a botched robbery alongside her delinquent, no-hoper boyfriend.
The thriller is has been directed by a French director Julius Berg. It is Berg’s debut film after directing several French TV series, including the Netflix acquired La Forêt and the Netflix Original Osmosis. As per the report, The Owners revolves around a burglary that takes a violent turn when the elderly inhabitants turn the tables on the young intruders.
Well, its quite a leap from Williams isn’t it? Especially since she has already intrigued us with her look from The New Mutants. She seems to be getting a lot of interesting projects and with the kind of range she showed in Thrones, it’s not entirely surprising.
