Kit Harington talks about his reunion with Ghost in the Jon Snow spinoff series
King in the North Jon Snow doesn’t give the good boy Ghost enough attention. It has been a point of contention among fans for a while now. Fans never really got the reunion they expected between Jon and his trusty direwolf in season eight of Game of Thrones. To add insult to injury, Jon’s parcelled off Ghost to the North with Tormund and his lot without so much as a pat in episode four and fans weren’t happy about it.
With a Game of Thrones spinoff focusing on Jon Snow’s journey after the events of the series currently in the works, fans have been speculating about which of their favorite characters will also make a return. And they are impatiently looking forward to seeing good boy Ghost once again in action.
On being asked about the direwolf’s return in the upcoming sequel, Kit Harington told EW at the official Game of Thrones convention currently going on in LA, “I do think Ghost has a place in… I mean, he’s brilliant in the books. And he’s such an interesting dynamic, those wolves are with the kids. I think he, you know… I think there’s… I don’t know where I’m going with that. I’m just saying they are very difficult to film.”
Do you think the Jon Snow spinoff will be the same without Ghost? Tell us in the comments below!
