Jason Momoa to co-star with Oscar Isaac in crime thriller ‘In the Hand of Dante’

A few Hollywood actors are well-known for their macho aesthetic. In every one of his roles, Jason Momoa has established a solid reputation in that area. The actor exudes badassery, whether he is playing Arthur Curry in Aquaman or Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones. Together with Moon Knight star Oscar Isaac, he pulled it off once more as Duncan Idaho in the recent Dune movie adaptation. He will rejoin forces with his Dune co-star in an upcoming crime thriller.
Jason Momoa to lead ‘In the Hand of Dante’
In the Hand of Dante, an upcoming crime thriller directed by Oscar nominee Julian Schnabel and executive produced by Martin Scorsese, stars Oscar Isaac, Jason Momoa, and Gerard Butler. Recently, the film received an Interim Agreement from SAG-AFTRA, which permits it to continue filming in Italy even though the actors are on strike.
What is ‘In the Hand of Dante’ about?
Based on Nick Tosches’ novel, the film tells the tale of how the original manuscript for The Divine Comedy ends up in the hands of a criminal organization smuggling goods through the hazardous underbelly of New York City. The novel centers on tired academic Nick being called by the mob to verify the authenticity of the manuscript.
