Whether it’s him in DCEU’s Aquaman or HBO’s Game of Thrones – all fans absolutely adore Jason Momoa for his acting skills and awesomeness. While we last heard from him was of his Saturday Night Live episode, Jason recently talked to Entertainment Tonight about his time on Game of Thrones and also revealed when the red carpet premiere for the new season is happening.
Jason was present for the red carpet premiere of his latest movie The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part – where he was asked by ET about his time on Game of Thrones. He revealed that Game of Thrones was still a part of his life by saying, “We’re still family” and also talked about his time on the show calling it “the prime years” of his life. He also said that he still like connecting with the people on the show.
While there are still around 60 days left in the premiere of Game of Thrones Season 8, Momoa may have accidentally revealed the red carpet premiere date of the series. He said that he was too excited and looking forward to the red premiere of Season 8 – happening on the “third”. While it can be 3rd March, but it’s safe to assume that it refers to April 3rd, 2019 – which is exactly 11 days before the airing date.
Finally revealing the possibility for the sequel of DCEU’s stand-alone film Aquaman – which was a big success on the big screen, Jason said:
“Why wouldn’t we do another one…I just became king, right? Not we gotta do some stuff!”
