The second season of House of the Dragon wrapped up its run yesterday. As fans look forward to the next chapter in the Targaryen saga, HBO is already preparing for more Game of Thrones spinoffs. The season finale created massive hype for the battles to come up ahead, but we will have to wait a bit more to get to them.

House of the Dragon moves on to the second act of civil war

After the initial losses that the Blacks faced at the Battle of Rook’s Rest, Queen Rhaenyra and Daemon have managed to build up their army to answer the Greens in kind. However, the build took a lot of time, and after the Battle of Rook’s Rest, the show was left on cliffhangers. Season 2 Episode 8 currently sits at 6.4 on IMDb.
