HBO will air Kit Harington's new show Gunpowder. Check out the new trailer!

Game of Thrones has some great stars, and we have seen them in a lot of other projects apart from their work on Game of Thrones. We had recently reported about a new project from BBC, a miniseries titled Gunpowder, starring Kit Harington, who plays the role of Jon Snow on Game of Thrones, and Mark Gatiss, who plays the role of the Iron Banker, Tyco Nestoris, also known for his portrayal of Mycroft Holmes on BBC’s Sherlock.

According to latest reports, the show’s American broadcasting will be handled by HBO! Read on!

The show has been a hit in the UK, and the American fans have been waiting for the show to make its way over to their country, and now it will. The episodes will be aired from Monday to Wednesday starting on December 18 at 10:00 p.m. It is somewhat fitting that HBO has taken up the broadcasting considering that the show stars two Game of Thrones star, and is co-produced by Thriker Films, Kit’s own production company.

The drama is based on the famous 17th century event, known as the ‘Gunpowder Plot,’, which was a failed assassination attempt on the king of England. HBO also has a brand new trailer for us, tailored to meet their own style :
