Game of Thrones stars are popping up all over the ever-popular video game culture, either in TV adaptations (The Last of Us) or the game itself (MultiVersus). Now it is Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Ser Jaime Lannister) who is on his way to collaborate in a massively popular video game, Web3’s Omen.

The massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) recently announced on its official Twitter account that it is in talks with the legendary Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau for a collaboration. Coster-Waldau will play an NPC that guides players through the game.

Formerly titled Realms of Ethernity, Omen is reputably one of the first AAA-quality, player-to-earn, nonfungible token games. The project is built with Unity 3D and gives players true ownership of the game’s assets through its homegrown token, RETH, which trades exclusively on Huobi.

“We are honored to be in talks with such a talented and well-respected actor as Nikolaj Coster-Waldau,” Ken Berey, project lead and founder and CEO of Blockchain Network Philippines, told Coin Telegraph, “His stardom and popularity will bring a new level of excitement and attention to our project, and we are confident that his involvement will be a catalyst for even greater success.”
