Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams channels fashion icon Pamela Rooke in Pistol teaser trailer

Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams, famous for playing the silent assassin Arya Stark, will now be appearing in an upcoming biopic series, Pistol, based on the rise of the punk rock band Sex Pistols. Here’s a first look at its teaser trailer that was released recently:
Williams appears in an intriguing look in the trailer, very much inspired by the real-life fashion icon Jordan aka Pamela Rooke, declaring: “It is time for youth revolution!”. Rooke would have certainly been impressed by Maisie’s look if she was still alive. The former model passed away a few weeks prior to the launch of the trailer.
The limited series will be based on guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir. Williams is set to play model, superfan and “punk icon” Jordan (aka Pamela Rooke) in the six-episode series. The story is inspired by guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol.

I am definitely excited about seeing this series. I don’t subscribe to Hulu. However, I will be subscribing on May 31st, so that I can see it.
I am really looking forward, to seeing Maisie Williams performance as Punk Jordan.
Her appearance in the teaser trailer, stood out the most.
