Humility is a rare virtue. The actors of Game of Thrones never wavered from their commitment to their roots, despite the show’s enormous success. Because of their grounded personality, they have gained the respect and adoration of followers worldwide. John Bradley received international acclaim after his brief stint as Jon Snow’s best friend, Samwell Tarly. However, he is still not used to being famous.

David Beckham asked John Bradley for a picture

Game of Thrones has fans far and wide, and it seems like soccer legend David Beckham is one of them. Bradley recently talked to Sky Sports and recalled the experience:

“I met him [Beckham] in the director’s box here one day. I didn’t know he was such a big fan of Game of Thrones. Yes, he was. I mean that kind of thing, if somebody was to tell me when I was sat down there watching him, that one day he’s gonna come up to you and ask you for a picture. He liked the show that you are in…”

John Bradley stars in Game of Thrones’ showrunners’ The 3 Body Problem

Liu Cixin’s best-selling novel “Three-Body Problem” is being adapted for Netflix by D.B. Weiss and David Benioff, showrunners of Game of Thrones. The Three-Body Problem, The Dark Forest, and Death’s End are the three volumes of the trilogy that will be covered in the series. The idea of humanity’s initial contact with aliens serves as the focal point of the story. A deal has been made between Netflix and the Yoozoo organization to create an English version of the trilogy.

Bradley stars as Jack Rooney, who stumbles upon a mysterious alien device along with his partner that mentally transports anyone into another world.
